The surveys linked below are to be used throughout the data collection process to obtain the necessary information from Oklahoma’s airports to be presented in final deliverables. The surveys were distributed, either in person or online, to different airport personnel depending on their role at the airport.

1) Airport employees that directly work with the airport and are in a role familiar with business information were provided the airport manager survey.

2) Airport Businesses identified through the airport manager survey as tenants were asked to complete the business tenant survey. 

3) Pilots and Passengers passing through the airport were given the option to complete a passenger survey. Variations of the passenger survey were distributed to passenger’s depending on if they were traveling through a GA or commercial service airport.
